“I’m sorry I didn’t write this thank you note to you sooner. I was quoted over $75 to get this blanket washed and fixed. You did it for $20! You promised me that because I had the hardware that came off you were not going to charge me for it, and you didn’t. I took the blanket out for this winter…I could have cried!
