I NEVER-EVER-EVER use tape (duct or painters) to “Repair” a blanket, if you should find this on your blanket, be aware that was NOT my doing.
PLEASE AVOID THE USE OF DUCT TAPE!!
**Please keep in mind, I do my best to remove duct tape or painters tape that was previously added to “repair” your blanket. However, I am receiving a lot of blankets with another company’s tags, that has used tape, and because of the washing, leaving in the baking sun to line dry, improper treatment, the tape has “melted” to the blanket, or balled up throughout the blanket. I do my best to remove, because I feel it is absolutely unacceptable to use this on a blanket and feel bad that you have been ripped off by poor quality and high prices…many times without your knowledge. However, it becomes a challenging and time consuming task to undo all the inappropriate work! I will dig around for clumps of painters tape, but the duct tape can almost be impossible to remove. By not removing tape, it becomes difficult to sew and appropriately repair your blankets to my standards, however I receive so many blankets that I cannot guarantee that I will be able to remove it all. Many times you may not know it is there, but I will, and It makes me unsatisfied with the final product. I do my best to remove any tape that you placed between repairs (I HIGHLY ASK THAT YOU DO NOT USE DUCT TAPE, ANDPREFER YOU SEND IN FOR A QUICK REPAIR), but tape which has been patched over and left for long periods of time, I cannot guarantee. I do my best for a quality blanket and this previous quality of others, lowers my standard and product, yet I do not have the time to remove every last bit!! Sorry for the inconvenience! **
